Hi Paul. Just to say thanks for reviewing our Wills. The will we had in place was one of those basic wills which did not proptect us properly and our children if we died. Now that you have fully explained the situation, we have taken Paulʼs advice and now feel that our family and our partners are properly protected against most eventualities. A situation now where they benefit and not the taxman. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone either who does not have a will or who did it on the internet etc.... Have you got a willʽ I am 32 healthy and active, what do I need a will forʽ This was my attitude before I attended a group seminar with Paul as one of the speakers. As a parent with 3 small children and a wife to support I have already got in place a couple of insurance policies incase the worst should ever happen but I had not changed my will since 1990. Paul came to my house at 8 o’clock at night when both my wife and me were at home and the children were in bed. Being a young couple Paul was able to put across several scenarios that could and may well happen to my family and me in the future. Paul listened to our requirements and our concerns and was able tailor our will to suit us. During the periods between his visit and us receiving the completed will we had several questions that Paul answered fully via phone call and on my request via e-mail. Afterwards: Several weeks after we last met up with Paul and everything had been done and dusted we received a phone call from Paul just to make sure we were happy with his services and if he was able to answer any questions that we may have. Paul, your service to us was exceptional, I hope and pray that your services you provided for my family and me were a total waste of time, and we have to come back to you in many years from now to add bits to the will. Myself and my wife had never thought about doing a will, but with children and a mortgage it was clear we now needed one. Paul I found was very professional in the way he dealt with our needs and was very informative on the process and the downfalls if we did not have one. I would now only ever recommend Paul with regards to people wanting a will, as it is too important an issue and it needs to be done by someone I can Trust and I trust Paul.
