visited on 18/2/12 the meal started with dirty napkins, waited a hour to order food when food came the staff were ignorant and when they brought the main course they just dumped it on the table on top of dirty plates, some of the food had to be sent back due to it being cold, when we ordered a bottle of wine it was just placed on the table without being opened the staff were leaning over people whilst they were trying to eat on more than a couple of occasions, the crispy beef was that crispy that there were no beef left inside the batter! no one asked if the food was ok, no one asked if we wanted deserts or coffees on the whole the whole meal took just over 3 and a half hours from start to finish with a hour between starters and mains the service and the staff attitude was really poor I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone as its over priced and bad service!
