The queen of customer service Mary Portas is on a mission to create more vibrant High Streets all over the UK!

She’ll be looking specifically at the problem of empty shops and how to prevent the growth of "clone towns" dominated by chainstores over the next few weeks and months and in the Autumn she’ll present what she finds to all of us for her Channel 4 series, Secret Shopper.

David Cameron said high streets had to become more "vibrant and diverse" in an effort to survive and we believe it’s the local businesses in YOUR town that are making that happen!
