Middlesbrough Heritage Walk

A guided heritage walk of Middlesbrough, taking in some of the main heritage sites in the centre of the town, including the railway station, old clock tower and Town Hall and the Transporter Bridge.

The walk is open to all, but will hopefully be led by young people

Meet outside the Central Library

Walk starts at 10am finishes 12 noon

Heritage Open Days celebrates England’s architecture and culture by allowing visitors free access to interesting properties that are either not usually open, or would normally charge an entrance fee.

Heritage Open Days also includes tours, events and activities that focus on local architecture and culture.
