Sue has had 20 years experience in the Post Office business with 12 years as a counter clerk in the Middlesbrough area. She therefore has a deep insight into the needs of her post office customers and prides herself in supplying a high level of service at all times.
Her ambition to aim high, working hard and manage her own Post Office in Middlesbrough has led her to run Grove Hill for the last 3 years. Sue works tirelessly for her customers and thoroughly enjoys the challenge.

She does not consider the Post Office to be her job but her passion. She considers herself very lucky indeed to serve the needs of the people of Middlesbrough.
