Featuring 8 days of shows, talks and workshops to enthuse the public about Science and Technology, Wrexham Science Festival really gets you in the mood to learn about science. 

There are so many FREE events available to the public, you'll be spoilt for choice. 

Some examples include we've picked out include: 

  • Building your own Lego planes and boats (under 12's)
  • Generating electricity using The PowerBike
  • Lego Penalty Shoot Out - test skills as you build a goalkeeper or spinning feet and program them using a computer to create your own LEGO shoot-out!
  • A journey through Wales' history and culture
  • Science Communication Fellow with the Ocean Exploration Trust, Nia Jones, shares her accounts of ocean science, expedition operations and daily life from her time at sea aboard the ship Nautilus;
