I would like to take this opportunity to thank the workmen, builders and especially the Site Manager. The work has been undertaken with the greatest consideration to the near residents, most of whom are elderly. The noise level has been much less than you would normally encounter on a site of this size. The site has remained tidy at all times. The commitment to health and safety issues, by the workers, and in particular, of the Site Manager in ensuring the site, and his workmens safety was and is obviously of prime importance. The men have been polite to all they have had contact with. The manager has also been most helpful in dealing with all enquiries made to him.I would like to thank all concerned for a job well done.
I would like to congratulate the staff I have seen and spoken to on the way that they give the impression of readiness to help the client. It has taken me about six months to find a firm of builders which I felt I could rely on. Others did things such as never appearing at an agreed time saying that they had “forgotten about me”! etc. I have spoken to some women of my age (elderly), now alone, and find that they also had difficulty discovering a firm to act promptly for them. Further to todays handover meeting we would wish to congratulate your Company on a job well done. The project looks first class and as you know there was virtually no snags to report when we did our inspection. A lot of this is down to your Site Agent and we would hope you would pass on our acknowledgement of the role he played in the project, particularly the finishes.I SArchitects.
This is the first occasion to my knowledge that your company has worked in this school and I would like to record both our thanks and satisfaction with the way that the work was carried out. From the outset your Contracts Manager was quick to understand the needs of the school both in terms of the structure and of the time scale. The presence of your employees on site presented no difficulties for our maintenance team. We are very happy with the quality of the work and with the way your employees tidied up after themselvesand removed any ensuing rubbish. The deadlines were, of necessity, tight and it was particularly important that these were met. The newly created rooms are already in use and the staff are very pleased with the environment in which they are working.Perhaps you would be kind enough to to convey the sentiments of this letter to everyone involved. Your workers came when you said they would and they didn’t spend excessive time on “tea breaks”. They were very polite and kept me informed of what they were doing and checked that I agreed; gave me advice on how I could personally add to the work the’d done i.e paint the bottom of wall with bitumastic paint to stop damp rising as the wall concerned has no damp course.Thank you
We would like to add that we are very pleased with the quality of your work, with both neighbours and visitors commenting on the quality. Although it has taken a number of months to complete the job, which include a hiccup with the plans that neither party could have foreseen, we would not hesitate to recommend you. We would also like to thank the Contract Manager for his help and assistance. Even though in the grand scale of things, we were a small piece of work, he has always given us every consideration and done his best to come to a workable solution when the situation arose. If at any point in the future, we require building contractors, WD Stant will be our first port of call.

I am writing both for myself and on behalf of the good folks at All Saints Church to thank you for your hard work on our Church Hall. We are really pleased with the result and look forwards to enjoying our new premises for many years to come. We have appreciated the way in which your crew accommodated church events, particularly funerals, during the building work. It was a pleasure to have them on on site and to see the work on the hall progressing so very efficiently. The result, especially the link to the church building, is wonderfully beyond what we ever imagined. I have been to the church this morning and can say that I am definitely very pleased with the ramp now that the staining has been completed. It blends in with the church porch so well that in a few months people will forget that it has not always been there! I at least do appreciate that the difficulties with this part of the project have not been your fault, and I hope the handrails can be completed soon to finish it off. Working with you and your firm has been a good experience for us and I can say that we are very, very pleased with the result.
I would like to draw your attention to the excellent way that your company, WD Stant Ltd, has executed it’s operations in relation to the building of new houses in the road on which I live. In some appalling weather conditions, the workmen have kept the road surface clear of mud and debris, which is so often dropped by some builders, which gives the trade a bad name. The Site Manager seems to have understood the concerns of residents in these situations and has kept a tight grip on his workforce. There has never been any road closures, disruption or inconvenience to our community during this work and, all in all, I think that your company should be praised. This view is not only mine but is also that of our villagers. I am one of the councillors here in Llansilin and I shall be only too pleased to pass on these comments to them at our next meeting.

I have been asked by the committee of Knights Green Residents Association to write to you to express our appreciation of the manner in which the refurbishment of our flats was carried out. Your Site Manager was always available to discuss the progress of the work and to resolve any complaints. The various workmen did an excellent job and work areas were always left clean and tidy. We also appreciated their kindness and the consideration that was shown to the residents at all times.
I have used this Company on a number of occasions, and have always found them to be punctual, clean, professional. They have always completed the works within the arranged time limits set by myself and within the original budget quote.The after sales service can only be described as excellent. I would certainly reccomend this Company without hesitation for anyone requiring building works in the Wrexham area.
