I really think they deserve this recognition. The haircut is almost secondary as I have become a good friend of the salon as they are such lovely people. I never feel rushed, and only once was I left waiting longer than 15 minutes for my appointment. I was informed about the delay, and received a complimentary treatment for the inconvenience! To be honest I never noticed the delay as the girls are friendly and there is a plentiful supply of magazines on hand. Excellent customer service all round.

I been coming since July last year and Renay helped me to go from dark brown to a lovely golden blond. I am well impressed with the advice I was given and my hair looks gorgeous. I get lots of lovely comments and considering it has been lightened it is in really good condition too. I was told it's cos of the Aveda colour which is not as severe as other bleach. Think I may go red now... just kidding Renay! xx :)

I bring my children here after school. All the family are made welcome, and they think it's brilliant that they can play on the xbox while they wait! No more bored children!

I have been visiting this salon for nearly 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. I don't mind which stylist does my hair as I am confident in them all.

I was worried about having my hair cut, but after reading good things about this salon I decided to take the plunge. Val offered me an extended consultation time so I could spend plenty of time talking to my stylist about what I wanted so I was more comfortable.
Sue was very patient with me and nothing was too much trouble for her. I didn't feel worried once she started cutting as Sue talked me through every stage. I was very pleased with my hair and Sue even showed me how to dry my hair at home.
I now feel happier about having my hair done, and may even start to enjoy something that has caused me so much worry in the past. Thank you team.

My mum and I come every couple of months. I live in Manchester so we come to the salon to catch up and spend time together. The relaxed atmosphere, and tranquility of the relaxation room is a real treat. this salon is every bit as good as some of the top salons I have visited in Manchester - and much more reasonably priced too!

Thanks for my lovely new hair style... I love it. So glad I took the plunge and tried something new. There were plenty of style books to choose from, and my stylist gave good advice about what style would suit my face shape.

Lisa from Escape recommended the salon. I didn't realise they were next door! I tried a blow dry first for a night out, then gave their Aveda colour a try! Now I am fully converted! I have my cut, colour and treatments there. I was nervous about trying somewhere else, but am glad I did.
Renay is a fab stylist who is always chatty and looks after me. Her skills are excellent.

My friend recommended the salon and I am glad she did! I travel from Dolgellau for my hair every 8 weeks now and it is well worth the trip. I also visit Lisa at Escape next door too for my beauty treatments.

I have been coming to Time 2BU for about 6 months. The team are able to offer style advice that fits in with the season and I have had my colour re-vamped twice so my look is always fresh and current. I love the Matrix and Aveda products that they offer at the salon and the free hand massage I get when I have my colour.

I was concerned about changing my hairdresser as I have been going to my last one for a number of years. I was glad I made the change! The salon is gorgeous, and the staff are very friendly. My new stylist, Tugi, is an excellent stylist and her experience shows. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I like coming to the salon because I can play on the xbox and I get some sweets. My hair looks spiky when I go home and even my brother Rhys doesn't cry when he comes.

Great gents cut. Very convenient location as I don;t have to pay for parking in town. I don't mind which stylist I have as they are all good.

HaPpy with my cut & blow dry and gave good advice on treatments to boost the condtion of my hair. I love Aveda products and am glad I can buy them closer to home as I normally have to drive to chester for them!

I came to the salon for the first time today. Val was lovely and made my visit special. I only had a cut but next time I will try colour as the staff seem so knowledgeable.

Great atmosphere, convenient location. Service is high every time I visit, and although sometimes I may be kept waiting for 10 minutes the team make sure I am looked after with a free treatment or coffee and a good magazine

Lovely hairdressers. My mum introduced me to the salon last OCtober and I have come back every six weeks since then. I even got a Christmas card from them with a £10 gift voucher to spend with them in January! The owners really make an effort to make me feel at home, and keep me well supplied with tea, coffee and plenty of magazines.

I can honestly say that after many years of searching, I have found my perfect hairdressing salon. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. The added extras such as massage chairs, teas & coffees and head massage make every visit a pleasure for myself and my daughter.
