My TV had broken and I e-mailed this company and had a reply almost immediately. I was informed that someone would call and was given an estimated time. True to their word they called at the given time and took my TV away for repair and left me with a replacement until my TV had been repaired. Unfortunately my TV could not be repaired but I was offered a reconditioned TV for a price of £60.00. We agreed that I would purchase the TV and it was duly delivered and installed without delay.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

John and Geoff at Fox tv are excellent in terms of their technical knowledge and you don't get the high sales patter either.
We have as a family all used their services for years and will continue to do so.
