Established over 25 years ago the Ian Stockdale Partnership has developed under the ethos that all clients are entitled to enjoy the process of procuring their new building, creating an extension or refurbishing an existing property. Our area of operation extends from South Mid Wales, Birmingham and Hereford in the South , to the Mid and North Wales coastline and Anglesey in the West, North to Liverpool and Preston and East across Cheshire surrounding our Head Office in Wrexham town centre and our homelands of Llangollen, Ruthin, Rossett and Chester.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Practice operates a British Standards Quality Assurance system and holds regular CPD seminars in house. We are also accredited under Quality Management ISO 9001.
SUSTAINABILITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
We are members of The Association for Environmentally Conscious Building, and employ a specifically trained Low Carbon Consultant. ISP Architects take into account BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, and ECO Homes ratings. We now have three qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors in the office as well as a qualified BREEAM Assessor. We successfully incorporate these into our designs and firmly believe that we have a responsibility to future generations to produce buildings of quality.
CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION
We are very proud to have played an important role in the restoration and refurbishment of the Grade Two Listed Victorian Mansion, Argoed Hall in the Vale of Llangollen. This was a challenging project to bring back a neglected property to its former glory, creating four luxury apartments whilst retaining all of the internal and external architectural features.
ISP achieved a Royal Institute of Planning Award for our work at Tan-y-Gwalia, working with the Denbighshire Council, their Conservation Department and JPA our Conservation Architects.
NEW BUILDS

Health Care premises are an important part of our business, for example the Dayroom Extension at Welshpool Hospital, the new build Rocky Lane Medical Centre at Chidwall or The Lifelong Learning Centre at Blaenau Ffestiniog.
