I have just heard on the radio that house prices in Wales have risen by 7% and Lyn an at Calypso Flooring confirms increased interset in Oak Flooring from householders.
It is my firm belief that domestic housing, new builds, house moves and alterations and refurbishments are the key to our economy, and these reports from our clients in these sectors are most encouraging.
Add to that the confidence being shown by Jason and Reine in refurbishing the excellent hairdressers The Salon and the hive of activity that keeps the staff at Bellis Bros flat out and you have to feel more optimistic.
