Crisp smoked bacon, marinated artichoke & parmesan salad with balsamic syrup

A half pint of prawns with citrus mayonnaise.

A selection of charcuterie with sauerkraut & relish.

Sussex smoked salmon with horseradish yoghurt & cucumber pickle.
