Just a quick line to say how much I enjoyed my retirement meal last Saturday at The Fish Factory in Worthing. We were a group of 14 and we all had a wonderful time. Of course it helped that it was on the firm (GSK) and a great send-off! The food was delicious with friendly, prompt service. We managed to spend the entire budget without going over the top. Love the simple food with a twist, done very well within simple uncomplicated surroundings providing an excellent welcoming visit every time we repeatedly eat here. Definitely would recommend to any fish eater
Fish Factory is one of my favourite restaurants in Worthing. I've taken friends and family there when visiting. The staff are always lovely, the food is delicious and I love to take the opportunity to eat fish I might not try at home.
great venue and superb food, all within one location fantastic and will be back again and again. Excellent value for money along with great taste which is rare to find these days.

The best fish in Worthing!!
Very lively & busy at the lunchtime very nice atmosphere, friendly staff & gorgeous food, big portions (I couldn't finish mine) was absolute heaven , and good value for money too, highly recommended.
We read the reviews are were not disappointed. The place was packed, but I had reserved a table so we were lucky. The service was a bit slow, but it could have been our fault. We asked for our starter before we knew what we wanted for mains, and they sort of forgot about us. When the mains did come it was really good. Lots of choices available from the menu and specials board. One of the specials which my daughter got was a oriental noodle dish with crayfish. I wish I had ordered that too. At least I was able to try some of hers. If you are in town, this is the place to go.

Stumbled across this little gem yesterday after a football tournament in at Worthing Rugby Club we were really hungry and looking for something good. This is a great little restaurant, excellent choice of fish, which you can have cooked in 4 different ways. Good choice of starters and side dishes and a children's menu too. The Lemon Sole and Dover Sole looked amazing. We had the Calamari and it was excellent as was the battered cod. The chips are really fresh and hand cut and you can totally taste the difference between them and the other kind! Great Greek salad with fresh feta and the fruit salad was huge with fresh pineapple, just right for a hot day. Service was very good, not at all intrusive but there when we needed something. Really great value for money, will definitely go back just wish there was a fish factory near us.
We've been here a few times and have always had an enjoyable meal with friendly service. Would definitely go back when we next stay in Worthing.
I recently visited the fish factory for my anniversary and was really surprised to find great service and amazing food which was very well priced. My girlfriend is a fish lover and is very picky but thought it was great, myself I'm not to fond of fish but there were many options for meat eaters i had a brilliant peace of steak which was cooked perfectly. staff were really friendly and the service overall was good. only problem was that it was too busy for a romantic meal for two, but glad I booked. I would highly recommend visiting again.
A yummy mummy told us about this pace. Good food good service and really nice to my kids. Will go back in evening for a meal with the wife soon well done.
We love the Fish Factory, Worthing. We've been back loads of times and never had a bad experience. The staff are particularly friendly and welcoming and he food is prepared with precision and care. It's great that you can pick your favourite fish and have it cooked in any way you like. I love that you can order their special sauces and sides as well - tailor made, really. Can't wait to visit again.
Extensive menu, fish cooked to order and the way you like it, battered, grilled etc. Chips, mash or baked potato all fresh and nothing frozen. Food beautifully cooked and well presented. Friendly helpful staff, service with a big smile. Will be going back soon.
Me and my partner wanted to try something different and boy did we get something different with the large range of fresh fish that was on offer we had a feast of a meal with excellent service and wonderful atmosphere the fish factory really does have it all. If your looking for something different or simply love fish then this is a must!!!!! even if your not that keen on fish they have other amazing choices on offer i would recommend this restaurant to everyone.................

I love the Fish factory and have been quite a few times. They have a good choice of different fish on the menu and there food is always good. The restaurant is always very busy so make sure you book!
I re-visited The Fish Factory in Worthing a few weeks ago (about my 50th visit so slightly biased) and am still on Cloud 9 and have been re-recommending this amazing fish and seafood restaurant to everyone I know. I had the Fish Meze - dish after dish of succulent, fresh fish. It is amazing value. My friend went for Crispy Brie for starters, then Fish Cakes for the main course - he is the Fish Cake Connoisseur and he wasn't disappointed!! The ambience is also lovely, and the service is exceptional in this upmarket restaurant - they have recently refurbished it and it is really 'up-there'. I can't wait to go back and have another Meze so I can be transported back to my favourite Greek island - Symi.
We've been coming to this restaurant for the past two years simply because the quality of the food is so good. It certainly isn't the cheapest eatery in Worthing, but you get what you pay for, and we didn't want a portion controlled meal with skinny, frozen chips. The fish is beautifully fresh with a batter that just melts in your mouth. The chips are big and chunky and cooked to perfection. We also shared a Greek salad which is certainly big enough for two, with tomatoes, peppers, olives, onions, the lot. If you've got room for dessert, do try the baked cheesecake - this is what cheesecake should really be, you can actually taste the cheese mixed in with the lemon and lime and the base is lovely and crumbly The only word of warning I would give you is that certainly at the weekends it gets very busy, and it may be advisable to book in advance in the evening. The friendly staff will do their best to accommodate you and demand for tables can be very high at times, but it is worth it.
On a recent visit to Worthing, my spouse and I called in on the off chance for lunch at the Fish Factory. What a gem we discovered. Other restaurants owners should visit the Fish Factory in order to learn what REAL service should be like and how food should be prepared and presented to customers. Clean, efficient, reasonably priced with a mouth watering selection of fish and other dishes. The service is worthy of what you would expect from the Ritz or Grosvenor House in London. For us there is now only one place to eat in Worthing The Fish Factory.
If you llike fresh fish but rather than go to the chippy go to this excellent value for money fish restaurant. The halibut is the best around especially at the price. Staff are very friendly a place to enjoy.

I have been to the Fish Factory a number of times. The food is always great and the staff are excellent. They are always cheery and remember me and what dishes I like. I went with a friend this Friday, 14th and the standard was excellent. Happy staff, great food and my friend was equally impressed with her dish. Nothing was too much trouble......my favourite eating house.
Really enjoyed our fish and chips here today. The food arrived promptly at the table and was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff were cheerful and efificient and very willing to accomodate the wheelchair of my disabled niece. A most enjoyable lunch
