Winner of BBC’s 'The One and Only' and former star of touring variety show 'That’ll be The Day', Katy Setterfield, returns to Worthing Pavilion Theatre to perform her new Dusty Springfield show, Dusty in Concert.
Packed with classic Dusty hits, Katy will be joined by her band and singers to perform You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me, Son of a Preacher Man, I Only Want to be With You and many more tracks by the legendary singer as well as songs from her new album, The Great British Songbook.
Katy gained popularity initially as part of That’ll Be The Day in which she performed as Cher, Tina Turner, Debbie Harry, Shirley Bassey, Sandie Shaw, Brenda Lee, Doris Day and Shania Twain before discovering her ability to impersonate Dusty Springfield.
In 2007 Katy took part in 'The One and Only' and reached the final 10 performing as Cher and Dusty before beating 11 other contestants to win a three-month performance contract in Legends In Concert in Las Vegas.
After returning from Las Vegas Katy recorded her first album and toured in her first show in which she emulated all the stars whose songs helped shape her career. In May last year she joined the original Springfields in a tribute show to Dusty at the Royal Albert Hall and joined the cast of Respect La Diva in which she also performed at Dusty at the Garrick Theatre in the West End.
In her Worthing show, Katy honours Dusty’s greatest hits as well as celebrating the many British artists who have inspired her performances through the years.
