Worksop Turbine's conference facilities include a fully equipped conference room and numerous offices and meeting rooms, all ideal for board meetings, training sessions, sales presentations, exhibitions and interviews, providing professional and confidential areas to meet customers, suppliers, agents and colleagues.
The Conference Room
A flexible space ideal for meetings for up to 50 people seated in a theatre-style, or up to 16 people boardroom style.
The Conference Room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment incorporating touch screen controls for lighting and AV equipment, back projection onto purpose-built screen, built in computer with live internet, connection for laptops, built-in video and DVD player, and full audio system. A flip chart and overhead projector are also available. Use of this equipment is included in the hire charge of the Conference Room.
Hire costs: £200 per day (£120 per half day; £25 per hour).
Meeting Rooms
Rooms of various sizes suitable for meetings from 2 people up to a maximum of 40 people.
Hire cost starts from £10 per hour up to £100 for a whole day.
Note: VAT is payable on all room hire charges.
Addional break-out areas are available to conference and meeting room users at no extra charge.
Catering
As part of the conference facilities at Worksop Turbine, catering and refreshments can be provided by our in-house Café. Delicious cold finger buffets and hot fork buffets can be served together with refreshments as required. Alternatively for smaller meetings, delegates are welcome to dine in the Café and purchase refreshments directly as required.
Car Parking
Within the conference facilities at Worksop Turbine, we provide generous, free, car parking at the rear and limited visitor parking on the frontage. CCTV security covers the car parks, the front and rear of the building as well as internally.

A great place for your business meetings, easy access and plenty of parking when you arrive. The reception staff are helpful and the meeting room was well furnished and modern. We would use The Turbine again for future meetings.

We recently went to a meeting held at The Turbine; the building was very modern, clean and spacious. The room we were in was very light and had a seperate area for the lunch we had. This was provided by the in-house caterers, ʼWilduckʼ who also have a cafe upstairs in the building. There was ample, safe parking at the venue, which is quite unusual. I would happily return to The Turbine and recommend the venue to anyone looking for one in the area.

We use the Turbine for our Virtual Office address - wouldnʼt be without it. Paul and his team provide massive support and help to our business, would highly recommend this innovation centre to any company. The whole package you receive with your Virtual Office is brilliant, being able to use the facilities for having meetings or visiting the onsite cafe is great.
Where would I be without the fabulous support and help from the Turbine Innovation Centre. Paul and his team are the best! The Turbine is a great place to visit if you have any meetings, want to use their cafe for a quick drink or lunch or just want to drop in and chat to the people on Reception who are great at giving help and support. The Conference Facilities at The Turbine are utilised on a regular basis by our local BNI for Chapter meeting and wothout fail the building and conference facilities are spotlessly clean, comfortable and professional acceptable, all condusive to conducting business. I would highly recommend The Turbine as an excellent place to hold a Conference, Trade Fair or to book a meeting room. Extremely conveniently situated just off the A57, this venue boasts many distinct advantages of an Out Of Town facility including free and spaceous car parking, no traffic queues and no traffic wardens! Excellent catering facilities are also available. Both the facilities and freidnly staff reflect the right professional image that any Business would wish to portray. Book this venue with confidence. I've been to a number of events at The Turbine, and they truly are the best facilities in the area. Not only that, their staff will bend over backwards to give you exactly what you need and can provide superb reception services. To cap it all, they have the best catering in the area on-site: Wilduck Kitchen. Highly recommended.
I use The Turbineʼs conference room every week so I am in a good position to judge their facilities. The Turbine is a new building and is very impressive inside and out. The whole building has a pleasant look and feel, and the main conference room is large, light and airy. The room is always laid out ready for our meeting and there is a range of up-to-date presentation aids available. They have a range of rooms for meetings and conferences. We also use the restaurant (see Wilduck Restaurant feature) where we have an excellent breakfast. Paul Mallatratt, the Manager, and his staff are very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I highly recommend their conference facilities. They also have offices to rent.
