When I set out to purchase a 46 inch Panasonic television I researched the internet and considered several firms in the area. I finally decided to try PENNINGTON's at Worksop and am glad I did. The service from start to finish was excellent. I am old enough to remember the service consumers used to receive in the old days (before profit got in the way) so was perhaps half expecting things to go pear shaped. I was therefore more than surprised to find a firm who still care about customer service. They were very professional and can fully recommend them.

I needed a particular sized TV to fit in my kitchen and Penningtons obtained exactly what I wanted in just a few days. They delivered, installed and set up the TV for me for no extra charge – just the price initially quoted for the TV, which itself was competitive. They were helpful, friendly and efficient and I’d happily recommend them to others.

Penningtons really look after their customers - we rented a TV for my dad whilst he was convalescing from an operation at Westwood care home just before Christmas. Despite being rushed off their feet with work, they worked late & delivered dad’s TV at 8.30pm and then patiently explained how to use it. Nothing was too much trouble for the young man who delivered it. Thank you Penningtons.
