Linda and I would just like to pass on our thanks for a fantastic job well done last Thursday. Everything went without a hitch and we hhave had nothing but positive feedback both internally and from our supplier delegates. Please pass on our huge thanks in particular to James (Jamie!) who deal with everything we could throw at him in a very professional manner. He was also an excellent dinner guest. Hopefully we didn't bore/scare him too much. We are looking to hold our Supplier conference annually - perhaps slighty bigger next year and in Solihull.

âFirstly my thanks for a really splendid service at our event in January at the Hinckley Island Hotel. The good news is that we will be holding the event at the same venue and would like to use your services once again. If you have any comments or recommendations to improve the event from your side we would like to hear them, however as far as we are concerned if it isn't broke don't fix it. The only small change we would like to make and need some suggestion is regarding the lectern which we feel needs some sort of dolling up. If you do not have a better idea I suggest that we hang something from it in the front
