We had Kit to do our Wedding reception,a couple of weeks ago, what a wonderfull job he did.The food looked and tasted delicious and the service was very professional. We had 130 guests and everyone said how nice it all was. Kit used local produce and he also introduced his own pickles & chutney in to the Wedding breakfast .When we meet with Kit back in October he asked what we wanted and and he tailer maid our menu to what we wanted . Very many thanks for all you and your staff did to make our wedding breakfast on 18th September such a success. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and the food was excellent. I have fond memories of the Birche although from a long time ago but it is a splendid venue in such a beautiful setting and all our guests were suitably impressed. Dear Kit and Team, Than you so much for the lovely food and fantastic service that you put on for our wedding in Ledbury on 31st July. I am sorry that we did not meet as planned but it was clearly not necessary as Richard's suprise party at Morville Village Hall ran like clockwork without my interference. We received many compliments about the food and service that you provided us with which is particularly gratifying since most of out guests are very well travelled and certainly discerning diners.
