It is not often the routine things get acknowledged but I would just like to thank you for the recent supply of a new PC. Following the recent server installation my desktop has been running very slowly and so contacted you to ask about providing a new PC.
A quote was provided, agreed upon and the PC supplied set-up and installed. My point in writing is that this was seamless and the PC set-up disrupted my day for about 5 minutes with the PC being set up with all of my existing data and the programmes I use added by the engineer in another room. The new PC then being just swapped with the old when I was ready.

Great Service.

I wish to place on record the excellent service and professionalism I received from Roy Everett of Compass Computers Limited. I requested Roy to look into supplying me with printer cartridges for my inkjet printer at home. Roy was prompt, professional and articulate in obtaining the correct cartridges well ahead of my expectations. I will from now on always use Roy for all my hardware and software requirements.

I would like to put in writing my thanks for the sterling work that your business has done recently in keeping my IT systems on track. We have suffered from software problems and also power failures and your engineers have been able to solve the problems quickly either remotely or if that fails by visiting the premises. Your recommendation of a UPS unit to solve these problems was welcome and of course you were able to supply and fit said unit without disruption.
On each occasion your engineer has visited he has provided advice that has been useful on unconnected matters and which ensures my IT systems run smoothly. Most important the price has not been excessive and I have confidence that my systems are covered without there being an expensive liability hanging over me should things go wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend your firm's services to any business.

I have approached Roy Everett from Xponet (Compass computers) on various occasions to supply computer consumables. These have always been supplied to me promptly and at a very reasonable price. I have also asked Roy for his advice on computer hardware and which I have found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me impartial advice and I felt that this was given in the interests of the customer rather than his own and I was provided with the right product for my needs. I have recently purchased a new laptop from Xpont (Compass Computers) and I would like to thank you for an excellent servie.
Firstly the help and expert advice you gave me in choosng the right specification was much appreciated, and ensured that I was having the right specification for my needs.
Secondly, the aftercare is second to none. Within the first few hours of using the laptop, I had the need for more help and advice which Ian provided over the phone.
Finally,I have been able to make this purchase safe in the knowledge that I have got the right machine, at the right price and have the support in the future should I need it.

I wish to place on record the excellent service and professionalism I recieved from Roy Everett of Xponet Ltd (Compass Computers). I requested Roy to look into repairing my HD ready TV which was playing up, having already recieved a repair quote of over £150, I was intending to go ahead and pay this amount until another BNI member happened to mention that Roy's company could repair it.
Roy was prompt, professional and articulate in his estimate of how long and how difficult a repair it would be and returned the TV in a timely fashion ahead of my expectations.
The cost of repair was less the £50 and I will be using Roy for other items in futre.
I would recommend Roy to any business or individual who needs a professional Hardware repair service for all IT requirements.

Whilst talking to my next door neighbour about her property , I happened to become involved in a conversation with her daughter who was geting rather frustrated with her laptop computer, in which she thought it was broken due to a virus. It sounded familiar as that's the same problem i had previously before you worked your magic!
I told her I knew just the person! Nothing too expensive I said, he's very competetive on price.
As I was leaving she said whatever you do don't shut the lid as the hinge is broken and it doesn't close. Shall I get Ian to look at it for you? She declined having been quoted over £200 from another well-known computer retailer.
But you had a look anyway and managed to fix everything, for less than half the price the other company had quoted!
She was so thankful and I recall she took 5 of your business cards when I offered her one to pass to anyone else she knew.
I think your great! Look forward to recommending your services in the near future.
