I write with reference to the high level and quality of fantastic customer service that I have received from GM Supplies with regards to my daughter Blaize Esmond, who designed her own logo for use on products within her golfing career. We provided various hand drawn designs to Mark and James and they produced the artwork onto the computer, and then, using the embroidery programme produced some great looking polo shirts and sweaters for her. They showed true patience and understanding when I did not understand some of the complex workings on their computer design programmes. They kept me informed at every stage with regular emails, texts and calls. At all times they have shown me an extremely professional amount of customer care. I am beyond happy and have not witnessed such customer care from a company for a very long time, I will definitely be using them regularly from now on, and I have even gone so far as to recommend them to all my family and friends.
