Last chance to have a say in council’s budget survey
1st February 2024

City of Wolverhampton Council launched a survey in December for residents and
businesses to complete so it can understand what matters most to the people of
the city.
Many people have already completed the survey and there is still time to take
part. But time is running out as it ends on Wednesday, February 7, at 11.59pm.
The responses gathered will be used to help shape the budget setting process for
2024-2025.
Councillor Louise Miles, Cabinet Member for Resources, said: “I encourage people
to take this opportunity to have their say before the survey closes.
“It is easy and quick to complete and by gathering these views we can set a budget
for 2024-2025 that reflects their priorities.
“We recognise there are challenging times ahead so, to help us plan for the future,
we really want to understand what matters most to residents and businesses in the
city.”

The survey can be completed online at Your Priorities for Wolverhampton.
Postcard-sized short surveys have been made available at the council’s Love Your
Community meetings throughout January. They can also be completed at city
libraries until Wednesday, February 7.
