All the staff are so friendly and caring, they all make an unpleasant experience bearable.

Thank you good service we were visting + ladies made us feel really welcome, in a little emergency, nice +smiley + made my daughter feel v comfotable.

You are welcomed, by well mannered staff cheerful waiting area, appts. are well organised so no long waits. The problem is discussed at length and alternatives suggested. I have attended many dentists over 60 years, but this is the best of all.

The receptionists are always efficient, whilst being cheerful bright and friendly.

They always greet you with a smile and take the time to make you feel comfortable and reassured as if you are the only customer they have to see. You never feel rushed through.

A very bright and light waiting area, also very clean same for the surgeries, All staff very welcoming, and obliging, even when you what is to you an emergency same for all the dentists.

Friendly, relaxed staff-very professional at all times. Nothing is too much trouble-Neel always explaing treatment etc. Carefully waiting room always has plenty of nice-reading materail, games, tv, tec.
