We had need for repair to a rotting door frame on a fire exit that was a security issue. Matt was recommended by one of our employees who has udes his services on their home. We called Matt that afternoon - he arrived first thing next morning and after a thorough inspection, he offered his recommendations on what was needed. He undertook the work out of hours so as not to disturb our working day and so causing minimum disruption - when we arrived the following morning, it was as if no workman had been in - the only sign was the smell of new paint. We received a thoroughly professional and prompt service from Matt and will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

We first used Matt during 2009 to repair a leak. When we contacted him, he was polite and professional and immediately arranged a time to visit and view the problem. We were expecting a costly refit but following his inspection, Matt gave us several options including hisown recommendation which surprisingly was the cheapest of the available options. Matt carried out the work to our complete satisfaction and on completion, he tidies up so well, you would not have known he had been there. He may not be the cheapest we found but his service is second to none - we received a real personal service that was carried out professionally. This year we needed more repair work and didn't hesitate in calling Matt in - no surprise - we got professional and courteous service again. We'll recommend Property Refurbishment and Maintenance by Matt to our friends.

I was introduced to Matt via a third Party. He gave me a quote for all the counter fitting and shelving for my new traditional sweet shop. The quote was the most comprehensive and professional that we received. This resulted in Matt being awarded the job. His time keeping and schedule of work was excellent. We had to make a few changes to the orgiinal specifications and this he happily accommodated.
The finish and the result was far better than we expected and the sheer quality of finish I felt was staggeringly good. I can thoroughly recommend Matt's work. In fact so much so, that already Matt has been taken on for some further work and also quoting on more shelving for the shop. We hope to open a further shop in 12-15 months time and Matt will be one of the first tradesmen I shall call upon to work with again.
