We hired this venue for our daughters wedding in Sept 2011, with a sit down 3 course english (hot ) meal for 70, and a evening reception for 250 people. from intial planning that started 2 yrs ago, to the end of the day, nothing was to much trouble, you could not ask for better service from the staff and owners, even down to toilet attendants that kept all toilets as clean as when we walked through the door, to security staff that helped with everyones taxi's. All our requests on the day were dealt with quickly and effenciently. Our family would highly recommened this venue to everyone.

Finding the perfect venue for an Asian wedding could prove to be a difficult task as it's the most important attribute to the whole wedding. The Imperial Banqueting Suite is the perfect and ideal venue for an Asian wedding.
I visited the Imperial Banqueting Suite several times after making my booking. Each and every time I went down, Nag was very welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. I wanted my wedding reception to stand out - Nag and Bal (the in-house decorator) worked extremely hard alongside me to ensure all of my ideas were created. They had loads of suggestions and creative ideas to add that extra spark of 'wow' to my decoration.
On my big day I was amazed to see all our ideas put into action. Everything looked even better than I had imagined. The family run business created the perfect atmosphere on my big day. The owners and staff were outstanding, they truly worked hard to ensure every one of my guests were happy and had everything they needed. The table service was fantastic, all the staff were friendly and happy to help. The in-house food was outstanding and served promptly. All my guests commented on the taste and quality of the food.
Security at the Imperial Banqueting Suite is exceptional. The security guards and the car park attendants were always on hand and made sure everyone was able to find their way. The private parking area for main guests is great and gave all my familty easy access to the venue.
Thank you to Nag and his team for being part of my wedding day. I recommend the Imperial Banqueting Suite to everyone who wants to have a reception party. It's the perfect venue to celebrate your big day.

A very big thank you to Naginder and all the staff at the Imperial Banqueting Suite for accommodating me and my family on our birthday celebrations. My son's 21st and daughters 16th parties were held jointly at the Imperial Banqueting Suite - and I didn't know what to do or where to start as it was a first time for me to organise such a big occasion.
I had previously visited 5 other venues for the party but was undecided. The reason I went ahead with the Imperial was that I found Nag was the most cooperative to my plans and supported my ideas and thoughts - and came up with suggestions to help me plan the party.
I found the management and staff quite supportive and they accommodated all of the features I required. The cake adornment and welcome reception area was exactly the way I wanted it and the table decorations, dinner setting and the colour scheme was flawless. The menu and choice of food were exhaustive and all of my guests complimented the tasty food.
The staff were efficient and did such a fabulous job with the service making sure everything was served on time as requested. They made sure that everyone was catered for with a smile. The managerial skills and qualities certainly shone through, showing how well organised and structured the organisation is. The staff delivered everything that was pre-planned and agreed, leaving me to enjoy the party instead of worrying.
I really appreciated all of the support that the whole team put together to make the celebrations a success. I would highly recommend that if you are having any celebratory occasion - then have it at the Imperial Banqueting Suite - honestly - you won't be disappointed!

The Imperial is a converted Bingo hall that is now a high class venue for entertainment and weddings.
The Poetry slams held in February and October are great fun and always a top class curry in the interval - included in the price of admission.
The Imperial has also started to host Variety nights with good loCAL talent from the Midlands and the obligatory curry in the interval.
A great niGht out every time and good helpful staff.
