I rely almost totally on my IT for my living. It is essential to me that I have access to support when things go wrong. Friendly, helpful, honest advice. We have always found that Ace Computers give just the information that we need - they do not blind us with science. They have set us up with a family PC that is just right for our purposes. Whenever we have problems they rapidly sort them at a reasonable cost.
