Cliff and Alison are very professional and friendly. I had been nagging my husband to fit certain fixtures: shelves, toilet roll holder, towel rail, that sort of thing. Plus we had a whole host of other little niggly jobs like adding/changing some of the sealant behind the kitchen sink, not to mention having a door shaved/planed so I could hang an ironing board caddy from it. It really was a no job is to small approach and a fast, efficient, reliable, friendly and quality delivery. I am so pleased to have found A&C property maintenance, since we both lead such busy schedules the last thing we want to do on a weekend is some DIY which, let's face it, it's not going to come up to scratch.

Cliff recently fitted a new bathroom window for me. It was only a small job, which most builders didnʼt want to do. Cliff is Fensa registered, so was able to do the job. He took care in his work, and made the time to explain what he was doing to me, making sure I was happy with the finished job. Thanks Cliff, I'll call you again for all of those jobs that I don't want to do!

I had Cliff round to literally ʼdo those jobs I hate doingʼ. He repaired our bedroom floor and screwed down the squeeky floorbards in preparation for a new carpet as well as repairing a leaky radiator valve. His work was first class and was completed efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I consider him a rare commodity in this age; someone who does small jobs at a cost effective price for those of us too busy to get round to them. Iʼd highly recommend his services....
