In October 2017 RSM fitted a new door seal on my Hotpoint washing machine. I was charged £125.79 in total for the part, labour and VAT. At the same time I asked the engineer to deal with a blocked fabric conditioner dispenser. He said that it needed a new valve, £74.10 in total, and he fitted the valve a week later. The dispenser was still blocked. I called RSM and was told that the machine would probably require a very expensive part and it might be cheaper to buy a new machine. On 19 January 2018 a Hotpoint engineer diagnosed that the problem was blocked detergent in the feed. He unblocked the dispenser in two minutes. Very, very unimpressed with RSM!

Roy came to clean our carpet this week. It is a large expanse of flooring and needed a number of stains and spots removed. We were delighted with the service and with the result. He arrived on time and worked quickly with minimum disruption. The difference was amazing and spots and stains completely removed.

Orbital Technology have helped me out so much, they have fixed my laptop remotely which is amazing and works with ease. I have also paid for the cloud system the provide which is an amazing price and well worth the investment for when your laptop or computer has that wobble.

After using another IT company for years we made the switch and boy was i glad we did! I own a vehicle wrap company called Bossdog so we have a lot of computers and screen to set up for design work and these guys set them up better than they have ever been set up before, not to mention the other bits and pieces they done for us making our life a lot easier!

The best advice I ever received when organising my wedding was to ensure I found the right photographer and with Nicola Rowley I hit the jackpot!! She was so friendly and put my husband and I at ease from the first meeting. We were not comfortable in front of the camera and Nicola talked us through how to stand and act and before long we didn't even notice she was there.
She captured our day perfectly and the pictures are absolutely amazing! Her ideas for certain shots really were special and when I look at them I remember the day like it was yesterday with a big smile. They are not your bog standard shots, she thinks outside the box and certainly worked hard all day to make sure we had the most perfect wedding album.
She is patient, thoughtful, friendly, hard working and imaginative, everything you need in a wedding photographer.
I can't thank Nicola enough for everything she did that day. You only get one attempt at your wedding photos and finding Nicola paid off!! We certainly were not disappointed. Thank you so much!
