Boasting Spring & Summer and Autumn & Winter Menus, our Executive Head Chef, Darren Kimber, has designed menus that reflect the very best that the seasons and the local area have to offer.

Quail's egg, cream cheese and paprika
Salmon fishcakes with mango and red onion
Warm or chilled cucumber soup, garnished with spring onion cream
Parma ham and rocket salad, served with honey-soused vegetables and aged balsamic dressing
Chicken liver parfait wrapped in poppy-seed butter with winter chutney and grilled brioche
Roast Gressingham duck with sage and onion farce buttered vegetables, chateau potato and a rich red wine jus
Chargrilled Scotch sirloin of beef with Lyonnaise potato, green beans, pepper-roasted tomato and a green peppercorn sauce
