Amreeta Chapman is trained as a Clinical Psychologist and Hypnotherapist and has been in practice in Windsor and the surrounding areas for over three years. Originally from Mauritius, Amreeta is fluent in three languages: English, French and Hindi!

Amreeta specialises in treating emotional and mental problems such as:

Amreeta offers a free 30 minutes phone consultation (just leave the appropriate time and number when you call her), enabling you to question and explore your problems and how hypnotherapy can help you. 
 
The first hypnotherapy session lasts for an hour and fifteen minutes in two stages:

• Amreeta creates a good working rapport with her clients, answering all their questions, understanding their goals and discussing how hynotherapy will help.
• The Hypnotherapeutic work starts

In her three years of experience Amreeta has found that three to four hypnotherapy sessions are usually enough for over 60% progress. In cases of severe depression or sexual abuse three to six sessions are needed.
