YMV Property Services is a family run firm of builders and property maintenance professionals firm based in Wimbledon.
Our offering is quite unique, in that we perform property services on every aspect of your home, both the interior as well as the exterior, including a comprehensive gardens and tree service. And our range is extensive – from total property refurbishments and extensions in your home, to simple jobs like repairing a leaky tap or painting your kitchen.

I recently commissioned YMV Services to do some painting and decorating work at my home – namely repainting my bathroom (including sash windows) and quite a bit of maintenance on my front door, including the inside and the entire door frame, which needed a lot of attention. Dealing with Viktor, the company owner, was easy at every step of the way. Viktor was always accessible, polite, knowledgeable and professional and ensured that his team were always on time and performed all the work agreed. The standard of work is excellent, the costs were extremely competitive and the team were always on hand to perform any final touches needed... which these kinds of projects always need. I won’t hesitate to use YMV Services again.
On Wednesday Viktor and his colleague turned up at the time he said they would and got on with it. By the time I returned home from work I was amazed at how much had been achieved in just one day. Viktor talked us through what he had done so far and what he would be doing to finish off the next day. So when I returned home the following day the job was finished and finished really well. Again everything was explained and I was asked if I was satisfied with everything that had been done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend YMV Building Services. They are friendly, efficient and offer a competitive price.

Very highly recommended. Over two weekends YMV completely and beautifully renovated our large 10 + years' old garden deck bringing it back to new, they brilliantly repaired and decorated our conservatory and even carried out a plumbing job whilst with us. The guys showed very high levels of attention to detail and were thoroughly professional not to mention all round nice blokes! We'll be having them back.
