Post natal Classes
Sue Lewis offers post natal classes at the Garden Hall, St. Mary's Church in Wimbledon Village on Tuesday mornings.
These exercise classes offer you the chance to meet other new mums while regaining your figure with a progressive course of general and Pilates style exercises which strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
Classes start with an informal discussion and practical advice on life with a new baby before progressing to exercise classes.
Intermediate and advanced classes are suited to mums who want to strengthen and tone abdomens, legs and bottoms, combining Pilates-style exercises with optional weights and bands work.
Our post natal classes and exercises are suitable for clients with post caesarean and obstetric problems.

14 1/2 years on and i am pleased to see you are still going - couldnt fault you back then. Despite my 27hour labour the first time your tips helped me to go aon and have anothe healthy baby girl in three hours without intervention. Many thanks from back then ALEX HUGHES
Hi Sue Thank you for all your help and support both antenatally and postnatally. I really enjoyed the courses. Kind regards Tracey
Dear Sue, I received your letter about Advanced Exercise classes in September, but will not be joining them unfortunately. The reason being that our family is moving back to Holland on 1st September! I want to thank you for the excellent service you provided to get back into shape after the pregnancy. It has worked wonders! I also found the post natal and ante natal classes a great way to meet other mumʼs and I made some really good friends through them. Thank you and best wishes Hanne
The antenatal classes really helped us to feel as prepared as you can for the birth! And thank you so much for your post-natal exercise classes, they really got me back on track and made the world of difference. Emma Southey
Dr Mike Crisp & Emma We really enjoyed the classes and found them very useful from a Doctorʼs point of view I think you have got the balance of focus on medical/alternative interventions just right. Thank you
