I found Russell on The Best of Wimbledon, and got in touch with him for a boiler replacement quote. He was really prompt to respond by email/phone, helped me choose the boiler (including by checking out the decibel levels across various models, as my requirement was a quiet boiler), then did the work neatly and within the time promised. Even better, he followed up with a really helpful phone call (I was at work when he finished the job). I thoroughly recommend Russell Haskins Heating & Plumbing - have already got back in touch with him regarding a different job.

Whilst fitting a new solid wood floor, we needed urgent gas assistance to remove an old gas pipe which the floor fitters would not touch. We did not know if there was live gas in the pipe. Russell was able to come over within an hour of our phone call and sorted the problem there and then. In the end it was a relatively simple solution (but of course needed gas expertise) and Russell reflected this in the price charged. Very satisfied indeed and discussing other jobs with Russell.
