Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law, which is also referred to as Collaborative Divorce, Collaborative Practice or Collaborative Family Law, is a process of family law which helps couples who wish to end their marriage or separate to work with their solicitors to avoid the uncertain outcome of Court proceedings. Collaborative Law helps to achieve a settlement that meets, as close as possible, the needs of both parties and their children without the threat of contested litigation.
Collaborative Law is also used for a range of other family issues, including disputes between parents and the drawing up of pre and post-marital contracts.
