When Chelsea Clinton served a Gluten Free cake at her wedding this year, I figured there's hope for finding a delicious gluten free cake out there, and hopefully on this side of the Atlantic. Lucky for me I was right! Especially Delicious recently made a chocolate birthday cake for me that was dense, dark and intensely flavourful. Not only did it taste great but looked fab too with a picture perfect guitar designed on top! Gluten free or not, this cake could top any chart! Brilliant!

My wife having been diagnosed as gluten intolerant a couple of years ago had all but given up hope of being able to enjoy the simple pleasure of a tasty cake. To say that she was delighted with Sarah's cake would be a massive understatement. The cake was truly delicious and very much enjoyed by the whole family. Especially Delicious is a real find and I'm already looking for an excuse to place another order. Thank you Sarah!

I'd recommend Sarah and her team any day. They were able to make the best cake ever for my friend Georgios's 26th birthday. Look for the doctor's jacket pic of the cake (hopefully it will be on the website). It went down a treat! Definitely ordering again...great service and really yummy cake!

I am gluten free and wheat free. My partner got my 21st cake from Sarah - he travelled all the way from Peterborough just to get it, bless him. i can honestly say I have never ever had a cake like it, with chocolate sponge and thick icing with my name on and hand bags n shoes n bows! It looked so pretty... too pretty to eat in fact but I did and I tell you it was so most and lovely the best cake I have ever had - normally gluten free and wheat free cakes are very dry but this wasn't, it was so lovely and soft I felt like I was eating a normal cake not a gluten free one. The best cake ever, thank you very much. Me and my partner will definitely be coming to get our wedding cake from you.

I am intolerant to wheat and potato, which is often used in gluten free flour. So I wasn't sure if I would be able to have a wedding cake. But Sarah sent us a sample of her rice flour and almond sponge which was delicious. The decoration was just what I wanted too!

This is an incredibly late thank you but have just been looking back at photographs of my daughter Sophia's 1st birthday and wanted to say a huge thank you. The cake was perfect (almost bigger than her) and she loved the dog - she keeps pointing at it in the photos and smiling. Apparently it was absolutely delicious too - I only ate the dairy, egg free one but even that tasted good and such a treat to be eating cake again!
