Comme A la Maison is a new idea in cookery schools for Wimbledon and Merton where Maud, the chef, offers practical, professional and fun and friendly cooking classes for both adults and children to revel and enjoy authentic regional French cooking.
The cooking classes for children and adults are conducted in a relaxed and informal manner and setting - where absolutely everyone has a fun time while learning the fine skills of French cooking.
At Comme A la Maison we pride ourselves in providing cooking classes where natural and home-made French food is taught to children and adults.
All cooking classes are held during times that are convenient to the group, and typically are for a maximum of 6 children or 6 adults. The cooking classes are great for children's activities and parties as well.
The method of food preparation that Maud teaches at her cookery school in Wimbledon is handed down through the generations; the type of meals that her mother - and grandmother before her - have prepared through the ages.

About the chef at Comme A la Maison
Maud was born and brought up in France and moved to Wimbledon in 2003. As far as she can remember she has always loved food.
Maud has fond memories of spending hours upon hours in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother, enjoying every minute of the food preparation, paying particular attention to every single detail in order to prepare regional, family and generous meals.
Maud considers good food as a perfect way to say thank you, I love you and so much more. Maud wishes to continue the tradition of good, family and homemade food by holding fun and professional French cooking classes for adults and children in Wimbledon, Merton and South West London.
