Cannizaro House is an elegant 4-star boutique hotel with an award winning restaurant and function spaces for up to 122 people. We have been working with Sylvia from Anderson Food Hygiene for several years to train our staff on food Hygiene levels 1 & 2. We have found Sylvia has listened to our needs and provided excellent training. The feedback we have also received from the staff has been fantastic. They have found her courses educational and interesting, yet delivered with a sense of humour. Our pass rate is very high and we will continue to work with Sylvia in the future for all food hygiene courses.
