I had the privilege of meeting Tobie and his team 3 years ago when they were responsible for plumbing a new kitchen extension, utility room, bathrooms, under floor heating and a water softner. Having worked in property for 15 years I found their service second to none. They are incredibly efficient, considerate and reliable, and priced very reasonably. They have since fitted an electric boiler for me, and carried out a great deal of research to ensure it provided the best solution for the problem. I have always been utterly confident that they have "dotted every i and crossed every t" in terms of meeting safety standards and legislation. They have always taken time to explain solutions carefully and thought through their suggestions, particularly regarding anything aesthetic, with excellent attention to detail. They are a truly unique team and set an exceptionally high standard.

ABD helped me a great deal when I recently refurbished a property. Firstly doing a highly professionally job on modernising the central heating, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, they then gave me excellent guidance in how to complete the rest of the project. We have been clients of ABD Plumbing since 2007 and have used them on a number of major projects, combined with on-going annual maintenance work. The 1st project was to rectify issues from a prior installation of a system by another firm, which involved a lot of complex and technical work, whilst the 2nd project involved providing plumbing services for a major extention & renovation project which we undertook in 2010. ABD Plumbing have always given a fast, reliable and up to date service to any problems at work and at home.
They are fast and offer a complete service. We recently recomended them to a friend who was not able to run his business without a water supply and they went that evening to sort it out. The friend rang next day to thank me for the reccomendation as he could not get anyone else to do the repair - the electricians were blaming the plumbers the plumbers were blaming the electricians. Abd sorted it all
Tobie responded to my call swiftly. He diagnosed a problem that had stumped three British Gas engineers - including their two most experienced men - on four seperate visits, and returned with the necessary (and hard to find) part the next day. I was up and running again, for a fraction of the cost I had thought I was in for. ABD are a real find - nice people too
Tobie and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, clean and efficient and clearly know what they are doing. Tobie gave us sensible advice and then recommended how to deal with the problems that we had with our boiler - as basic as some of them seemed. With no call out charge, ABD are fantastic value for money and I would immediately recommend them to anyone with plumbing or heating problems.
I recently had a problem with my boiler and radiators. Tobie came along and within minutes diagnosed the issue, and in just a few minutes more solved the issue. Tobie recommended what action I should take and, bucking the usual trend, suggested that I keep an eye on things for the time being... rather than making me feel as though I had to spend loads of £££s to solve the problem. Tobie really knows his stuff, heʼs efficient, courteous, tidy, punctual and a pleasure to do business with!
Tobie came along and dealt with our boiler problem at home quickly and expertly. It was clear he went the extra mile to make sure all the proper tests were conducted afterwards too. Iʼve also heard a lot of great feedback about Tobie from other members of a networking group I belong to. An honest polite and very funny guy - highly recommended!
