I have been with this vet for years & they are simply the best. Since Dane took over the surgery it is exceptional, the vet is incredibly thorough & well-informed not only does he think of the animal he also thinks of the owner as well. You know that you are in good hands when the vet makes you feel right at ease. The surgery has an exceptional team of staff. The front line staff are Kaye, Penny & Tracey, they are always polite, considerate & caring. Jenny the practice nurse and the vets themselves.
They actually care about every animal that comes into the surgery & quickly develop a personal relationship with their clients. I currently have six cats of various ages; to be honest I would not take them anywhere else. The service you get from the surgery is of an exceptionally high standard. You as a pet owner feel supported & you know when leaving your animal with them they are in safe hands.
If you could give “Michelin stars” for care & Service this surgery would get 10/10
