The Wilmslow Triathlon is organised by Xtra Mile Events, It is a popular event and is expected to attract over 500 competitors in its 5th year running.
It Starts with a 400 metre swim in the indoor pool at Wilmslow Leisure Centre. The second part of the triathlon is a 23.8km cycle ride through the Cheshire countryside. The final stage of the triathlon takes the runners along the Wilmslow roads for 6.7km before reaching the finish line.
The Wimslow Triathlon is suitable for levels of fitness and accepts professionals and amateurs in to the race.
The start is staggered throughout the morning.
Entrance is £39 for individuals and £49 for relay teams. The closing date for entry is May 2nd and the race is open to those aged 16+.
