Platt Bridge Community Zone is an office complex that is ideally situated between Wigan and Leigh with easy access to all parts of the Wigan Borough.
Business Incubator Units
Business Incubator Units are managed workspaces within the Platt Bridge Community Zone. These four units have recently been refurnished to a high standard, providing everything a business needs to operate and thrive - ideal for new start ups, community businesses or locally developed micro businesses. They will also provide venues for outreach business support, activities and training.
The premises are CCTV monitored, on both the car park and reception areas.The main entrance is intercom operated and controlled by reception staff.All Business Incubator and Support Units are accessed via coded door locks.
Each high quality, fully decorated Business Incubator Unit will include a computer, telephone, networking, office furniture as well as carpeting throughout.
There is a lift to all floor. There is also disabled access and toilets, disabled parking and there are braille signs throughout the building.
The private day nursery located on the ground floor of the Platt Bridge Community Zone is also available for any tenants who may require childminding facilities whilst at work.
Leases for these units are very competitive and flexible dependent upon individual requirements.
Business Support Facilities
and includes 12 computers.
The meeting room on the first floor can accommodate up to 12 people and is equipped to a high standard with a quality dry wipe board, projector and screen.
The conference / activity suite, which can accommodate up to 50 people is suitable for larger scale conferences and meetings and is furnished with high quality furniture and equipment including smart board and overhead projector.
The above rooms are available to hire for a cost of:
£7.50 per hour
£20.00 per half day (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
£50.00 per full day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
All prices are inclusive of VAT and equipment available in the room.
Refreshments are available a charge of £0.50 per head for tea, coffee and biscuits.
Free parking is available for up to 18 cars.
The meeting, training and conference rooms are available to any business, community or voluntary group whether they are resident at Platt Bridge Community Zone or not.
