Thankyou for everything yesterday. Everyone had a really nice time considering and the Wordsworth Suite was perfect for the occasion with it being suitable for all ages with the informal seating yet still space for people to mingle. The service was great from Paul and the food was fantastic, perfect for all who attended. Tim L
I felt that i had to write after my recent stay ar your hotel (30 Apr - 1 May '11) to say thank you. You are only to well aware of the issues experienced prior to arrival but I have to say that the level of customer service - and hence satisfaction - during my stay far exceeded expectations. - Reception, indeed all staff were courteous and helpful - Dinner was outstanding - Breakfast was delicious - the service manager (sorry I have forgotten her name but did identify her on the customer satisfaction survery) was particularly friendly and attentive each morning! Overall my faith was restored in Macdonald Hotels - my Wife and I had a thorughly enjoyable anniversary weekend and would not hesitate to stay with you in the future. Our sincere thanks to your team. I just wanted to say thank you so much for our wonderful stay on Friday 29th April 2011. We had a fabulous time and the 'Byron Suite' was a lovely room and all the staff that we came into contact with were great. I wanted to mention two staff in particular - Sophie from Reception and also the gentelman that worked the restaurant on the evening. Both of the staff were exceptional and a credit to your hotel. Sophie was very helpful prior to us arriving and also when we had difficulties with the room safe. The gentleman that worked in the restaurant in the evening recommended wine to us and also discussed the menu at length. The service levels were excellent and I would be really proud if they worked for my company! I would deffinitely recommend Kihley Court and we will deffinitely be booking to stay again in the future.
I am writing to commend the services of our wedding day organiser/master ceremonies, Jenny Horridge. Our wedding day was a fantastic success. Both my Husband and I had the best day of our lives. I put the fact that the day went without a hitch to Jenny. I have never before met a more pleasant, helpful and more hardworking person than Jenny before. And i am so happy and thankful that she overlooked our wedding (from start to finish). Thank you to all at Kihley Court for making our day so memorable, the staff couldn't do enough to assist all of our wedding guests, however a massive and special thank you to Jenny for the magical touch. I really do feel that this level of job dedication, professionalism and competency should be recognised and rewarded.
Firstly i would like to congradulate all your staff involved in the wedding or Mr & Mrs McGowan on Saturday the 23rd of April. Their efforts did not go unnoticed throughout the day and were very much appreciated by all family members. The surroundings and venure were perfect for this event, which appeared to go smoothly and without problems. This is probably due to the tireless efforts of Jenny Horridge and her team. Well done and thank you for making this such a memorable occasion for Stephen & Gillian.

Just a few comments to say how thrilled we were to enjoy the most fabulous wedding of Gill and Stephen last Saturday. Notwithstanding the superb setting and ambience, the food, service, curteous staff and your professionalism and attention to detail was a credit to you all..
Just a note to say that the evening went brilliantly on Thursday, I was extremely impressed with the venue, the food and the attentitive staff. If i decide to run the function again next year (and i probably will) we will deffinitley use your venue. The feedback from my guests was great, everyone enjoyed their food (that is a first, as usually someone complains) and the size of the room was just right for us.
I would just like to thank yourselves and the staff at Kilhey Court Hotel, I stayed there recently while attending the CSG Convention and can no fault the hotel or staff. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the facilities excellent and the food was superb. Once again thank you, I can't wait to go back next year.
The staff at this hotel are some of the best I have come across and the food has always been first class.

What a hotel! The staff were lovely and my day was more than perfect. We will go back on our anniversary to have lunch and remember our day. I would recommend this hotel for any event!
Had my wedding at Kilhey Court. What a wonderful setting. The gardens and terraces are just perfect for the photos and the room itself where we had our meal and evening 'do' was magnificent.Thanks for making it a perfect day. Amanda and John
I had forgotten what a lovely hotel Kilhey Court is - I used to go there quite often several years ago and only by chance I called in again a few months ago for a coffee, bite to eat and do a bit of work. It is a stunning place, the food is great and it is just a nice place to sit and chill out for an hour or two.
