Our privately owned villa in Kissimmee is just that - that's why we bought a villa at Crescent Lakes - first and foremost, somewhere one day we hope to retire to.

We are proud of our luxurious Florida Villa - it is our 'home from home' and we love spending as much time there as possible ourselves - unfortunately that is only a few months each year....so the rest of the year we happily rent it out - but only to people who will treat it as their own - that's why if you do go, you will see that it is immaculate - and a real haven of peace and tranquility.

The villa is decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard throughout and of course has that essential air conditioning in the main living areas.
The villa benefits from a 55inch digital TV complete with a multi region DVD in the family room and TV's in all bedrooms so do feel free to bring with you your children's favorite DVD's.
Boasting two large comfortable living areas, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double bed rooms and one twin bedded room) 2 bathrooms both with hairdryers all linens, towels etc are provided in fact everything you need for a happy holiday.
The kitchen is spacious with an open plan breakfast bar area for those great early morning breakfast get togethers, looking out over our private pool area while you enjoy your freshly squeezed Florida orange juice.
The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, monstrous sized fridge/ freezer and all the usual other quality kitchen facilities,cutlery,crockery and glassware that you would expect when staying in luxury accommodation.
There is also a separate adjacent utility room with a commercial size automatic washerdryer, iron and ironing board adjacent .
And of course there is our private pool area....the place we spend most of our time, watching the sun come up or go down, drying off after a swim, cooking our BBQ and chatting into the early hours of the morning, or just realxing on the recliners or swing lounger after an exhilirating but tiring day at the Florida theme parks.
....oh , and the best bit.... not a mosquito in sight - it's all enclosed in a totally see through, fine mesh that lets the cool breeze in, but keeps the tiniest of bugs out !
You will be able to sit and watch the birds and wild animals too (not too wild !) as they congregate around the lake only meters from the villa pool - hence the name.... 'Crescent Lakes'.
We provide High Speed Internet access for guests who wish to bring their laptop computers with them.
Welcome packs can be arranged for a nominal fee of $50.....and we make sure there is something for everyone in the fridge, freezer and cupboards, so you can relax the first few days without having to make the supermmarket your first 'visitor attraction' on arrival.
This community enjoys an enviable location, mostly occupied by local residents, yet near enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Crescent Lakes is situated approx some 12 miles from Disney World.
Crescent Lakes also has good facilities for families, such as basket/volley ball courts, children's play areas, purpose built B.B.Q areas, lakes for fishing etc all within the locality.
We do hope you will take the opportunity to go....we highly recommend it - but then we are biased.....and we think the photos speak for themselves.
