Life coaching sessions would normally be conducted over the telephone; however, face-to-face appointments can be arranged within the Dorset area.
During each life coaching session you will be invited to look realistically at what it is you want from life. You will define goals for yourself and explore ways of achieving them. From each life coaching session you will take away an action plan which will move you closer to your desired outcomes.
