David and Judith have owned and ran The Chatsworth restaurant and brasserie for more years than they care to remember. Both locals, David is a Weymouth Lifeboat Volunteer, and will happily regale sea shanties in his front of house capacity. But if the shout goes out and maroons flare: then you might just have to come back tomorrow for the end of the story.
The fish is freshly caught daily by David’s brother Phil and all chefs are local and traditionally taught to deliver your food at its most succulent. Other key ingredients are sourced from Weymouth to ensure they meet the same highest standards.
Their Weymouth brasserie and restaurant is fully licensed and can cater for private functions up to 20 people. They can even arrange a BBQ carvery on request.
They cater for evening functions by appointment only. And if you want to make a night of it, assuming they have space, you can always take advantage of Chatsworth Hotel bed and breakfast and stay over!!
