Worlebury Golf Club, near Weston-super-Mare was founded in 1908 by Henry Butt a local philanthropist together with a group of local businessmen from Weston-super-Mare. In1972 the members donated their shares to the Golf Club and the club then became a private members club.
The dress code at the Worlebury Golf Club is quite stringent as we wish to maintain a high standard for all of our members enjoyment, tailored shorts and trousers are required wear together with polo or golf shirts, golf shoes only and within the clubhouse smart casual is the rule of the day, denim/combat trousers and trainers are not allowed either on the golf course or in the clubhouse.
