A Chef who trained under Gordon Ramsay has been appointed to head up Cadbury House Hotel kitchen in Congresbury, near Weston-super-Mare.  Mark Veale, 28, from Cleeve now heads the restaurant after three years at Gordon Ramsay’s Boxwood café in Knightsbridge.  Mark’s goal is to create the number one destination restaurant in the region.


Already awarded an AA Rosette,‘the restaurant’ and the living room is a stylish but informal restaurant and bar, offering everything from tasty appetisers to inspiring and original filling dishes.  This is fine dining at its best and there’s something for everyone.   With awesome inspiring views over the Bristol Channel and beyond, ‘the restaurant’ at  Cadbury House offers the perfect fine dining location.

There is both and a la carte menu and a daily table d’hote menu offering a range of both traditional dishes as well as more imaginative and modern cuisine.  Click here for sample menus.

‘the living room’ has unique and intimate seating which allows small groups to view their own LCD screen so you can watch TV.  Alternatively we have relaxing sofa seating for a more informal and comfortable option.
