We were established in 1995 and currently clean for or provide an ironing service to over 800 households in Hertfordshire
We like to meet all of our prospective clients prior to supplying our services. this gives us the opportunity to discuss all your requirements
We have a thorough selection process which includes:
- Proof of identity
- Confirmation of address
- Check of written references
Our cleaners must also attend a detailed interview and training session, this covers cleaning practices, reliability and health & safety
We also encourage you to meet your cleaner prior to them commencing work; to outline any special requirements or preferences
The same domestic cleaner each week (with cover for absences such as holidays)
Select the hours you need - a minimum of 2.5hrs per week applies
Insurance cover and travel included
Logging of hours worked - cleaners log in and out via our "TimeLine" system using a Freephone no.on arrival and departure
Customer advice line....Mon - Fri 9am till 6pm
