Mel Lawrence at the HRJ Law Hitchin office did the Conveyancing for the purchase of our house and we thought she was excellent - spotted things in the paperwork we didn't, and chased up the seller's solicitors on various things for us. Extremely professional and prompt, there were no delays on her front.

It's a shame the same couldn’t be said about Bowens in Hitchin, they were the seller’s solicitors and were pretty awful at doing things (badly written documents, aggressive letters, uncalled-for threats and took ages to do anything). Don’t ever use Bowens Solicitors!

HRJ’s fees were spot on, not the cheapest we found but not the most expensive, and worth every penny. We will definitely use HRJ Law again!
