This is a 5 star plus company. I wanted to support a local business when I decided to install replacement windows and door. in the past I have had a quote from Safestyle and hatted every minute of there bully boy sales tactics eventually physically ejecting the sales person. I called Warwick Glass and they sent a sales consultant (Mike) around on the Saturday morning and I have to say I was a little apprehensive given the Safestyle experience. Mike was very pleasant, he had a good look around giving advice all the time, when it came time for the quote he said he would go away and formulate the quote and Email it, no pussy sales pitch at all. The quote arrived and I felt it was reasonable and so commissioned the work. A week later the Surveyor (sorry forgot his Name) came round and did the measuring and continued the advise and made further suggestions, ounce again first class.
The job included some brickwork for a porch, and a few weeks later the builder arrived and completed this very quickly and a couple of days later the fitter team arrived. Well what can I say the quality of the windows and the fitting was exceptional, it was not rushed and there was very minimal damaged to wall etc and where there was is was repair perfectly. Over four days they completed the work all the time keeping me advised of the progress. Ounce again top quality service.

I am pleased with my new double glazed windows. The house seems much lighter and warmer. Everyone involved in the installation was very considerate and efficient. The sales consultant offering useful advice, the surveyor and fitters, Danny and Mark, punctual, friendly and orderly. The house was left clean and tidy.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation of the whole buying/surveying/fitting experience we have had in having our house fitted with replacement windows by Warwick Glass. From the time we first entered your showroom to the completion of the work yesterday we could be nothing but impressed with the total professionalism of ALL your personnel. Spending what amounts to a fairly large sum of money has never been such a pleasure. From the advice given to us by the sales staff, through the helpful and knowledgeable visit by your surveyor to what can only be described as an extremely efficient and professional pair of fitters, the whole process has been a pleasure. We would have no qualms re-engaging Warwick Glass in the future (we will be looking to have our old patio doors replaced at some time) or strongly recommending to other people that they contact you if they have need of replacement windows, etc.
