Once again fireworks and lights will bring the skies above Kenilworth to life as Kenilworth Round Table celebrate Guy Fawkes Night on Saturday November 6th with their 23rd annual bonfire and fireworks extravaganza.
With more than 12,000 visitors, the event has become one of the most popular public shows in the Midlands. It's held in the grounds next to Kenilworth Castle, and set against the historic and dramatic backdrop of the ruins.
As well as the bonfire, and a great display, there will be a Live DJ Roadshow provided by Coventry & Wariwckshire's Hit Music Station Mercia. Plus there will be a new larger food court selling a variety of food and drinks.
All the profits that Round Table raise from the event are used to provide direct financial support to local charities and community causes - this has been up to £50,000 in recent years.
Recently we have supported a variety of individuals and groups - the special educational needs of children, supplying and sometimes installing furniture to families with specific difficulties, several Warwickshire youth charities and also adult charities such as Crossroads who care for the carers.
We are always willing to hear from anyone who has a cause worth supporting - see our fundraising page for more details.
We couldn't put on the event without the support of many local organisations - the Fire service, Warwickshire Police, St Johns Ambulance, the Town and District Councils, RAYNET, English Heritage, local farmers, and especially our friends in Kenilworth Ladies Circle, 41 club and other local Tables.
We would like to thank Waitrose, Mercia, The Almanack, and Coventry Building Society for their continued support.
And of course - a massive thank you to the people who come along on the night to enjoy the show and support this great event - we look forward to seeing you there.

Parking Advice
With the large numbers of people attending the event, we recommend that visitors allow plenty of time to reach the Castle prior to the last admission time of 6:45pm.
Parking at Kenilworth Castle is restricted to Disabled Badge Holders only. There are limited spaces, so please arrive early. Please note that there is a short 5 minute walk from the disabled parking area.
Public parking in Kenilworth is available in Abbey End, Square West, and Abbey Fields car parks. Please be aware that the public car parks are likely to be full by 5:30pm.
Other parking options are very limited and at least fifteen minutes walk from the Castle.
Please respect local roads and residents and be considerate with your parking, please do not block private roads, paths or driveways.
It should also be noted that all the roads into Kenilworth are very busy on the day of the Bonfire, especially the A452, Leamington Road, from the A46. In addition the B4103, Castle Road, will be closed from 3.45pm outside the castle to prepare the public entrance to the event. Diversions will be in place but significant delays should be expected.
As an alternative to driving, regular public bus services run from Coventry, Leamington Spa, or Warwick. Details of bus timetables can be found on the Warwickshire County Council website. The closest stop for the Castle on most routes is the Kenilworth Clock.
